I hold a Bachelor of Medical and Health Sciences (Honours) and am a qualified personal trainer with Certificates III & IV in Fitness. My background combines scientific knowledge with hands-on coaching experience to help clients move better, get stronger, and achieve real results.
I’ve also completed a range of specialised short courses in Maximum Strength & Absolute Power, Plyometric Progression, Muscle Function & Screening of the Lumbar, Hip and Shoulder, and Addressing Postural Abnormalities — giving me the tools to design evidence-based, performance-driven programs tailored to each client’s goals.
